19-year-old shot in twice in Chicago alley

CHICAGO, IL – Gunfire erupted on Wednesday evening in an alley located in an undisclosed location, leaving a 19-year-old male victim wounded. According to the authorities, the victim was walking in the alley when someone unknown opened fire, striking the victim twice in the left leg.

The victim immediately felt the pain and was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he is in stable condition. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.

Police have not made any arrests concerning the shooting, and Area Five detectives are investigating the incident’s circumstances. The police department is urging anyone with information to come forward and assist with the investigation.
