Teen stabbed and beaten during a dispute near Bryant Park

BROOKLYN, NY – Police are searching for suspects involved in the stabbing and beating of a 19-year-old male victim near Byrant Park last week.

On Friday, a 19-year-old male victim became involved in a dispute with a group of four male individuals near 5th Avenue and 41st Street.

The victim attempted to walk away from the altercation, but the assailants punched and kicked him, and one of them stabbed him twice in the back.

The suspects then fled on foot southbound on 5th Avenue.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for lacerations to his torso, a collapsed lung, and head injuries. Surveillance footage from the incident location captured images of two of the four suspects. The NYPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the individuals involved in the attack.
