Mount Savage Man on Probation Caught and Charged; Allegedly Dealing Drugs

CUMBERLAND, MD – On Monday, the Cumberland Police Department arrested 25-year-old Damian Joshua Cline of Mount Savage, Maryland, for violating the conditions of his probation.

Cline was originally charged with possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute. The arrest resulted from a Circuit Court bench warrant that was issued against Cline due to his probation violation.

Following his arrest, Cline was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he is currently being held without bond. He will remain in custody pending his appearance before the court.
