Three Arrested in Boston for Multiple Offenses, Including Firearm Possession

BOSTON, MA – On Tuesday, around 9:44 PM, officers from the Youth Violence Strike Force and the Massachusetts State Police made three arrests. The arrested individuals were identified as Frandiel Santana, 23, Frammy Llaveria, 25, and Anthony Santana, 35, all of Boston.

While on patrol near Harvard Street, officers spotted a vehicle driving without headlights and bearing no valid inspection sticker. Following a traffic stop, the officers found Anthony Santana, a passenger in the vehicle, was wanted for a Drug Trafficking warrant issued by Middlesex Superior Court. He was arrested without incident.

During a further search, officers discovered a 9mm Smith & Wesson M&P Shield firearm, loaded with seven rounds of ammunition in the vehicle. Frammy Llaveria was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

The other occupant, Frandiel Santana, was found to be in possession of several altered personal checks. He was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery of Records, Certificates, and other Writings.
