Do you know him? Suspect sought in Brooklyn knifepoint robbery

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating an individual involved in an assault that occurred on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at approximately 8:00 pm. The incident occurred within Transit District 32 and the 73 Precinct.

The victim, a 24-year-old male, was aboard a northbound 3 train nearing the Saratoga Avenue station when an unknown individual threatened him with a knife and forcibly removed his headphones. The suspect was last seen fleeing within the Saratoga Avenue train station.

The police are seeking a man between 20 and 25 years old, approximately 5’6″ to 5’7″ tall, with a dark complexion and slim build. The man was last seen in a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, white sneakers, and carrying a tan book bag.
