VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Shadora Isha Ariel Cooper, 30, of Hampton, VA, has been arrested on 29 charges for petit larceny after stealing liquor from Virginia Beach ABC Stores. From December 2022 to May 2023, Cooper repeatedly entered ABC Stores and stole bottles of liquor, amounting to a total of $11,546.32.
After extensive work by Virginia Beach Police (VBPD) Detectives and Virginia Beach Crime Solvers, Cooper was arrested by members of the VBPD Warrant Fugitive Squad on Friday, May 26, 2023.
