MIDDLETOWN, NY – Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler recently announced the arrest of Vinny Hannon, 27, and Amanda Brown, 33, both of Middletown. Following a four-month multi-agency investigation, the pair was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and related charges. Hannon, currently on probation for a prior drug case, was remanded to the Orange County Jail.
On Wednesday, police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Middletown, recovering approximately 900 bags of fentanyl, various amounts of Oxycodone, Alprazolam and Clonazepam pills, and $18,443 in US currency.
