PHILADELPHIA, PA – Pennsylvania Lottery players are urged to double-check their tickets as a Powerball® with Power Pla ticket worth $150,000, sold in Philadelphia for the drawing on Saturday, July 30, 2022, is set to expire soon.
The winning ticket, which remains unclaimed, was purchased at Posh Fuel & Food located at 8901 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia. It matched four of the five white balls drawn, 4-17-57-58-68, and the red Powerball® 12, securing a prize of $150,000. If the ticket did not include the $1 Power Play® option, its value would have been $50,000. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was three.
To claim the prize, a prize claim must be filed with the PA Lottery either by mail or at a Lottery Area Office no later than Sunday, July 30, 2023.
The Pennsylvania Lottery encourages claimants to sign the back of the ticket, contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481, and submit a timely claim at any of the Lottery’s seven area offices.
It’s important to note that PA Lottery area offices are currently open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and appointments are recommended. However, PA Lottery Headquarters in Middletown remains closed to visitors.
As per regulations, unclaimed and expired lottery prizes are retained in the Lottery Fund and are utilized to support programs benefiting older residents of Pennsylvania.
