Relative arrested after stabbing death of Baltimore woman

BALTIMORE, MD – A relative has been taken into custody following the fatal stabbing of a 43-year-old woman in the Northern District. Police officers responded to a call on Friday, at approximately 6:33 AM at a residence on the 400 block of Lorraine Avenue.

The woman, who was found unresponsive with an apparent stab wound inside the residence, was pronounced dead by medics shortly after their arrival. The relative of the victim was taken into custody at the location after admitting to the crime.
