Garfield man shot in Paterson, police investigating

PATERSON, NJ – A 37-year-old man from Garfield, New Jersey sought treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center on Wednesday night. Paterson Police responded to the hospital at approximately 10:46 pm.

Preliminary investigations by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and Paterson Police Department identified the shooting location as the intersection of 4th Avenue and East 12th Street in Paterson.
