NEW YORK CITY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public assistance in tracking down a group of individuals involved in an assault that took place in Brooklyn.
The incident occurred on Thursday, June 1, around 3:09 pm, on a westbound Bx4 MTA bus.
A 13-year-old boy was attacked by a group at the Boynton Avenue and Westchester Avenue bus stop, who dragged him off the bus and struck him multiple times.
The victim managed to escape and was transported to BronxCare Health System with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects fled the scene on foot.
