Teen charged for multiple Manhattan robberies

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department continues to investigate a series of robberies occurring within the city. Four incidents have been reported, and arrests have been made in connection to the cases.

Camron Thomas, an 18-year-old male from New Haven, CT, was arrested and charged last Friday, with robbery, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. A separate arrest of Eugene Jones, a 19-year-old male, has been made in connection with the series of robberies.

The latest incident was reported on Monday, June 12, where two unidentified individuals entered a commercial establishment located at 159 East 33rd Street. They demanded money from a 43-year-old female employee, taking roughly $264 from the cash register and a cellphone.
