Man Arrested for Domestic Assault in Williamsport

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – Joshua Tito Kendall was arrested on Thursday, by the LRPD for a domestic assault incident at 1836 Fry Avenue in Old Lycoming Twp. The police responded to a reported stabbing at the location.

Upon arrival, police discovered that Kendall had assaulted his girlfriend by choking and punching her, and burning her with his cigarette. The victim grabbed a knife in an attempt to defend herself. Kendall had fled the scene before the police arrived but was located near a business in the 2000 block of Lycoming Creek Road within minutes of the incident.

Kendall, who was not injured or cut by the knife, now faces charges of strangulation and simple assault.
