BALTIMORE, MD – On Friday, the Homicide and SWAT team from the Baltimore Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male, suspected to be involved in the mass shooting on the 800 block of Gretna Court last Saturday. The arrest was made early in the morning at approximately 7:00 am, following a search warrant on a residence.
Detectives have charged the minor with possession of a firearm, assault weapon possession, reckless endangerment, and having a handgun in a vehicle. Currently, he is being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
The mass shooting case remains open with three victims still hospitalized, all in fair condition. The Baltimore Police Department asked anyone with pertinent information to contact the Homicide detectives at 410-396-2100. There is a $28,000 reward available for information leading to an arrest and charges in this case.
