NYPD Investigating Robbery at Lower East Side Business

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department has requested public assistance in locating two unidentified individuals linked to a robbery incident in the city. The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 13, around 9:20 AM, within the 7th district.

According to the police report, the two individuals entered a commercial establishment at 187 Clinton Street and took store merchandise without paying.

A 32-year-old female employee attempted to stop one of the individuals, who retaliated by assaulting her and causing damage to the establishment’s glass front door. The suspects subsequently fled on foot.

The two individuals were last seen on surveillance footage entering the LaGuardia NYCHA Development at 280 Madison Avenue. The store employee received treatment at the scene.

The individuals being sought are described as females with a dark complexion. Any information pertaining to this investigation can be directed to the New York City Police Department.
