Two Suspects Wanted in Connection to NYC Assault

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department has requested the public’s help in locating two individuals connected to an assault on Tuesday, July 11.

The two men, identified as Angel Hernandez, a 20-year-old male of medium complexion, and Mikel Taylor, a 16-year-old male of dark complexion, are believed to be involved in the crime.

The assault, which took place near East 193 Street and Morris Avenue around 5:48 PM, resulted in four victims sustaining injuries.

The victims, ranging from ages 3 to 25, were shot and subsequently transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition. The suspects were last seen fleeing eastbound on East 193 Street, then southbound onto Creston Avenue.
