PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in locating 47-year-old Dawn Raiburn, who has been reported missing. The last known contact with Dawn was via phone on July 18, 2023, at approximately 7:30 PM, and she has not been heard from since.
Providing details about Dawn Raiburn’s appearance, she stands at 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. She has dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she may have been wearing a multicolored one-piece jumper. There is reason to believe she may be in the South Philadelphia area.
