BOARDMAN, OH – Toni Peake, a resident of Boardman, had a stroke of luck and won $25,000 while playing the Ohio Lottery’s Pick 5 game.

However, after the deduction of mandatory state and federal taxes amounting to 28 percent, the final amount Peake will receive is $18,000.

The winning ticket was purchased at Sami Quick Stop, which can be found at 5188 Youngstown Poland Rd in Poland.

Pick 5 is an exciting daily draw game, offering players the chance to participate seven days a week with drawings taking place at 12:29 pm and 7:29 pm.

Toni Peake’s win serves as another reminder of the potential rewards that await Ohio Lottery players, making the game all the more enticing for those who participate in the hopes of hitting a lucky streak.
