MIDDLETOWN, DE – The Delaware State Police have identified Luis Lopez, a 47-year-old man from Dover, as the deceased in a fatal motorcycle collision.
The incident occurred last Friday in Middletown.
The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the incident.
