Police Investigating Armed Robbery at Brooklyn Smoke Shop

BROOKLYN, NY – A Brooklyn smoke shop was the victim of an armed robbery last Wednesday and police have since released a photo of the suspect.

On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at approximately 7:55 PM (standard time), an armed robbery occurred at the “Stanwix Convenience Smoke Shop,” at 2 Stanwix Street. According to the report received by the police, unknown individuals entered the establishment and brandished a firearm at the 22-year-old male store employee.

The suspects swiftly jumped over the counter and stole various store merchandise and marijuana products, with an estimated value of approximately $3,000. Following the robbery, the perpetrators fled the scene in an undisclosed direction, and fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
