HUDSON COUNTY, NJ – The United States Marshal Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 35-year-old Jose Romero on Monday.

Romero, a resident of Union City, is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault, a first-degree crime, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a third-degree crime.

Romero and the victim are not related, but Romero resides in a home the victim frequents.
