Police Investigating Robbery Aboard MTA Bus

NEW YORK CITY, NY – A midday robbery took place on Tuesday, around 2:38 pm on a moving S57 MTA bus.

 The victim, a 47-year-old female, was travelling near Bradley Avenue and Victory Boulevard when she was approached by an unidentified person.

The assailant grabbed the victim’s cellphone, causing scratches to the victim’s arm and hand during the struggle.

They then fled the bus. The victim declined medical attention.

The New York City Police Department is asking for public assistance in identifying the assailant.
