NEW YORK CITY, NY – An update on an ongoing investigation has led to the arrest of Tylor Maria, a 23-year-old male from Yonkers, NY.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday at 2:30 PM.
Maria has been charged with Assault and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. The original incident was reported on Thursday, June 22, at approximately 8:00 PM, in front of 2056 5th Avenue.
The 40-year-old female victim was approached by an unknown individual who slashed her face with a cutting instrument before fleeing.
EMS treated The victim at the scene, and the New York City Police Department continues to seek information on the identity and whereabouts of the individual involved.
