Three-Year-Old Identified in Fatal Hit-and-Run in Camden

DOVER, DE – The Delaware State Police have identified the young victim of a fatal hit-and-run incident in Camden on Tuesday, as three-year-old Kasai Bull from Dover, Delaware.

The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit is actively investigating the event.

The public is asked to assist in the investigation.

Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact Master Corporal J. Lane at 302-698-8457.
