Police Seek Registered Offender Who Failed to Report After Changing Addresses

UTICA, NY – The Utica Police Department has issued a warrant for Michael Turner, 40, whose address is currently unknown.

According to the department’s Sex Offender Unit, Turner failed to report a change of address as required by his Level 2 Sex Offender status.

The warrant was issued after routine checks revealed that Turner no longer resided at his listed address.
