BRONX, NY – A 24-year-old man was fatally shot at 3 a.m. on Saturday in front of 1070 Elder Ave.
Officers found the male victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Despite attempts at CPR, the victim was pronounced dead upon arrival at Jacobi Hospital.
The victim was known to the New York Police Department and had been arrested three times for robbery in 2017.
