WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Friday, September 8, Patrolman Devin Corso charged 18-year-old Dylan Neal of East Orange with the theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property, both third-degree crimes.

Neal is alleged to have stolen a vehicle from Wall Township on August 26. The vehicle was recovered the same day in Egg Harbor Township.

In a related incident, the Wall Township Police Department investigated an attempted motor vehicle theft on July 11.

Detective Zach Honecker charged a 16-year-old juvenile from Newark with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and burglary to a motor vehicle. Both charges were placed on a summons.

Neal has yet to be arrested on the charges, and a warrant has been issued. It should be noted that every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
