Brooklyn Store Clerk Injured in Shooting During Robbery

NEW YORK CITY, NY – A store clerk in Brooklyn was injured in a shooting during a recent attempted robbery.

The incident occurred at a smoke shop on Scholes Street in Williamsburg around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The 28-year-old male clerk was shot in the hand and was subsequently transported to Elmhurst Hospital, where he remains in stable condition.

According to the police, nothing was stolen from the store.
