64-Year-Old Man Violently Pushed onto NYC Subway Tracks During Argument

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An assault took place on Monday, September 18, shortly before 1:00 am on the A train station southbound platform.

A 64-year-old male victim reported that an unknown assailant approached him, made a threatening statement, and then violently pushed him onto the tracks.

The victim sustained serious injuries, including three fractured ribs and a dislocated right shoulder. The assailant is described as a bald male with a dark complexion.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light blue hooded sweatshirt, and black and yellow sneakers.

NYPD released media pertaining to the individual and is asking anyone with information about the incident or the suspect to contact NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
