Woman Covered in Vomit, Passed Out in Car in Hoboken Charged for DUI

HOBOKEN, NJ – A 28-year-old woman was arrested on September 16, 2023, after being found unconscious in her vehicle in a parking garage. The Hoboken Police Department responded to a report of an unconscious driver around 8:29 PM at 333 River Street.
