EPHRATA, PA – Samuel D. Seminerio, a 23-year-old resident of Ephrata, has been charged with Simple Assault by the Ephrata Police.
The incident occurred at his residence in the 1500 block of Division Highway, Ephrata Township, on Monday, at 6:49 p.m.
Police allege that Seminerio assaulted a family member at the aforementioned location. Details regarding the nature of the assault or the condition of the victim have not been disclosed at this time.
It is important to note that Seminerio is presumed innocent of the charges against him.
