NYPD Seeks Information on Suspect in Attempted Assault Near Farmers Boulevard

NEW YORK – The New York City Police Department is urging the public to help identify an individual and a motorcycle related to an attempted assault in Queens.

On Sunday, October 8, 2023, around 8:07 p.m., a 66-year-old male driving a 2023 silver Toyota Sienna became involved in a dispute with an unidentified individual on a motorcycle near Farmers Boulevard and North Conduit Avenue. Following the altercation, the individual on the motorcycle fled the scene. However, shortly after, in front of 131-29 Farmers Boulevard, the motorcyclist brandished a firearm and fired multiple shots at the victim’s vehicle. The assailant then sped off northbound on Farmers Boulevard. While the victim’s vehicle was hit by the gunfire, the victim himself was unharmed.

The suspect is described as a male with a medium build. He was last seen donning a blue helmet, a blue biker jacket displaying the word “Suzuki” across the chest, and ripped gray jeans. The motorcycle is distinctively colored blue and white with noticeable green and yellow accents.
