NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a forcible touching incident that occurred at the 34th Street – Herald Square subway station.

The incident occurred on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at approximately 6:43 pm.

The victim, a 33-year-old female, reported that an unknown individual approached her inside the subway station and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing the scene. The individual was last seen inside the station and their whereabouts remain unknown. The victim declined medical attention following the incident.

The investigation is ongoing. Authorities are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
