23-Year-Old Arrested After Cops Find Lewd Images of Children on Electronic Devices

PITTSBURGH, PA – Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus announced the arrest of 23-year-old Joshua Fraser on multiple counts related to child [censored]ography.

The investigation initiated after a cyber tip was received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, indicating the upload of suspected child [censored]ography files.

In October, detectives executed a search warrant at Fraser’s residence on Ohio River Boulevard.

The search led to the discovery of incriminating electronic evidence, resulting in Fraser’s arrest on Wednesday.

He faces 10 counts of sexual abuse of children and is currently released on a non-monetary bond after arraignment. Fraser was detained at the Allegheny County Jail prior to his release.
