MASTIC, NY – In a community-focused initiative, the Suffolk County Police Department collaborated with EAC Network last week to support families in need in Mastic. The event, centered around child safety and welfare, offered new car seats and installation assistance to local families.

Alongside car seat distribution, attendees benefited from additional donations. Kids Helping Kids contributed new winter coats, addressing the seasonal needs of the community. Moreover, the event featured food distribution from Angels of Long Island, further supporting the nutritional needs of families.

The success of this event was attributed to the collective efforts of donors and volunteers. The Suffolk County Police Department extended its gratitude to all involved, emphasizing the importance of community partnerships in enhancing public service and support. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to not only ensuring safety but also providing essential resources to the community.
