Man Charged for Recording Women in South Jersey Store Bathroom

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Saturday, David Reyes, a 19-year-old male from Pennsauken, was arrested for Invasion of Privacy, a third-degree crime, following an incident at the Burlington Store located at 299 S. Route 73.

The Evesham Police Department reported that the victim, while using the public bathroom, noticed a cell phone recording him from under the stall.

The investigation led by the Evesham Police Department resulted in Reyes’ identification and subsequent arrest.

It was determined that Reyes had been recording the victim for his own sexual gratification. Following the arrest, Reyes was released, pending his first appearance in Burlington County Superior Court.

The Evesham Police Department continues to investigate this matter.
