SAUGUS, MA – A 42-year-old man from Milton, identified as Patrick Kenney Jr., was found fatally stabbed outside Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus on the night of December 2. The Middlesex District Attorney’s office said the stabbing was accidental.
The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. at the 948 Broadway location.
Upon discovering Kenney with a knife wound, paramedics transported him to Mass General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
While details are limited, the police believe the stabbing was accidental, and no other individuals were involved.
