Troopers Ask for Public Assistance in Burglary and Firearm Theft Case

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in an attempted burglary and a firearm theft in Cambria County.

The incident occurred on Saturday, around midnight.

Three unidentified suspects approached a residence on the 300 block of Adams Avenue.

While one attempted to enter the house, the others stole a 7mm rifle from a nearby vehicle.

PSP Ebensburg is asking anyone with information to come forward. Tips can be submitted to PSP Ebensburg at 814-471-6500 or anonymously through the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
