Toms River Police Issue Storm Advisory: Heavy Rain and Wind Expected

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Police Department, in coordination with the Office of Emergency Management, has issued a warning regarding heavy rain and wind expected to hit the area starting this afternoon and continuing through the night. This advisory is based on information from the US National Weather Service Philadelphia/Mount Holly.

Residents are advised to exercise extra caution if they need to venture out. The police department emphasizes the danger of attempting to drive through flooded roads, urging the public to stay safe and avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.
