Shooting Incident in Hamilton Township, Victim Hospitalized

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Township of Hamilton Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday, at approximately 11:29 PM in the Pineland Gardens Development.

Quonier James, a 22-year-old male from Atlantic City, was found with two gunshot wounds.

He was promptly transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center—City Division for treatment.

The victim reported that the shots originated from a black sedan, the make and model of which are currently unknown.

As of now, no suspects have been identified. The police department is actively seeking information and encourages witnesses or anyone with knowledge about the incident to contact them at (609) 625-2700 ext 1.
