Fire Extinguished at Broomall Apartment Building, No Injuries Reported

BROOMALL, PA – At noon on Wednesday, emergency responders were called to a fire at an apartment building located at 501 Lawrence Road, Broomall.

The Marple Police Department, Broomall Fire Company, and additional fire units worked together to successfully extinguish the blaze.

Upon arrival at the scene, the teams found no injuries among the residents or responders. However, the incident led to the displacement of residents from two apartments.

Following the successful containment of the fire, the affected area roads were reopened to vehicular traffic.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Local authorities are requesting anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation. The community is reminded to stay vigilant about fire safety, especially in residential areas.
