Domestic Dispute Leads to Assault Charges in Penn Township

PENN TOWNSHIP, PA – On January 2nd, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at the 1700 block of Lebanon Road in Penn Township.

The incident involved a physical altercation over a portable heater.

Janell Leigh White, a 41-year-old resident of Manheim, PA, reportedly assaulted her husband by striking him in the face with a Yeti water bottle.

The dispute escalated, with White also using a wreath decoration as a weapon, causing multiple cuts to the victim.

White faces charges of Simple Assault Domestic Violence. Following the incident, she was arraigned before a Magisterial District Judge.
