New Rochelle Police Arrest Man For Pulling Gun Inside Broccoli Smoke Shop

NEW ROCHELLE, NY – On Tuesday, at approximately 5:59 pm, New Rochelle Police officers responded to a menacing report at Broccoli Smoke Shop, located at 394 North Avenue.

The suspect, identified as Isaiah Sutton, 21, of New Rochelle, had fled the scene before the police arrived.

However, upon his return at around 7:19 pm, officers apprehended Sutton without incident.

Sutton was found in possession of a small silver 9mm handgun.

The incident reportedly originated from a dispute between Sutton and the shop owner. Sutton is now under police custody, awaiting further legal proceedings.
