D.C. Shooting Leaves Man Critically Injured

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man was shot late Tuesday afternoon, and D.C. Police are calling on the community for assistance in identifying a vehicle connected to a shooting in Northwest D.C.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, just after 4 p.m., at the crossroads of Q Street and Connecticut Avenue, Northwest. Police arriving at the scene discovered a man inside a vehicle who had been shot. He was quickly transported to a hospital with injuries considered life-threatening.

Authorities have obtained surveillance footage of the suspect’s vehicle.
