Annapolis, MD – The Annapolis Police Department has issued an urgent appeal for help in locating a missing child believed to be with her father, John Simms Jr., who is currently wanted on a first-degree assault warrant. Authorities have expressed concern for the child’s safety, given Mr. Simms’ status as a fugitive. It’s also possible that the child is with her grandmother, Ms. Deborah Bias.

The missing child has brown eyes, curly brown hair, and a light brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a pink sweat suit and white Adidas shoes. The police are asking anyone with information on the child’s whereabouts or any details that could aid in her safe recovery to come forward.
