Juveniles Arrested in Connection with Robbery and Auto Theft

BALTIMORE, MD – A group of juveniles was arrested following an attempted robbery and subsequent auto theft incident on Saturday, around 3 p.m. Baltimore Police responded to a call at a business located in the 1400 block of West Patapsco Avenue, where a male victim reported an unarmed robbery attempt by several juveniles.

The complainant detailed how the juveniles tried to gain access to a merchandise storage room and assaulted him when he intervened, causing minor injuries. He was treated on the scene by medics.

Shortly after the incident, police apprehended five juveniles—ages 12, 13, two 15, and 17—after they abandoned a stolen vehicle in the 2200 block of Christian Street. The vehicle was identified as stolen from Baltimore County. The suspects were taken to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center.
