FORKS – Police in Forks Township are currently investigating after a dog was discovered deceased in a cage over the weekend. Following an animal complaint, the incident was reported last Saturday morning at the intersection of Frutchey Hill Road and Richmond Road.
The deceased canine, a small brown Yorkie sporting a green bandana, was found under a white bedsheet in the enclosure. Authorities have stated that the dog seemed to have been deceased for an extended period.
