Cumberland City Police Department Warrants and Arrests

CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland City Police Department responded to an assault on Baltimore Street, resulting in the arrest of Elias James Harr. Harr was taken into custody for an unrelated warrant, with further charges filed, and served an arrest warrant a couple of days later.

Arrested – Elias James Harr (44) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Affray, 2 counts of Assault 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Disturbing the Peace, 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct

David Bernauer was served an arrest warrant for violating probation on 04/26. He was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center following the violation and a subsequent hearing before a District Court Commissioner, during which he was held on a $500 bond.
