New York, NY – Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs recently filed a motion to dismiss claims against his companies in a lawsuit alleging intentional drugging and misconduct. The motion aimed to counter plaintiff Joi Dickerson-Neal’s claims under the New York Adult Survivors Act, emphasizing the incomplete nature of her memory regarding the alleged assault over 30 years ago.

The filing submitted by Combs’ attorney, Jonathan Davis, vehemently denied the allegations, calling them false, offensive, and salacious. The motion sought to dismiss four of the six claims in the case, including sex trafficking, revenge [censored], and gender-motivated violence against Combs’ companies.

Joi Dickerson-Neal’s suit accused Combs of misconduct that allegedly took place during her time as a psychology student at Syracuse University more than three decades ago. Combs argued that the statutes on which the claims were based did not exist at the time of the alleged misconduct and that the corporate entities she was holding liable were not in existence during the time of the incident.
