Atlanta, GA – Police declared a missing mother in Georgia dead on Friday, revealing the persons of interest involved in the case. Briana Winston was last seen on March 17, with the investigation pointing toward her likely death.
Police said Winston’s apartment had recently been cleaned with bleach.
Authorities mentioned that Winston vanished on March 17 following a crime that left her unable to reach out to anyone. Her last known location was identified as Garden Wood Apartments in College Park, Georgia.
Clayton County Police stated that all indications suggest Winston is deceased, prompting detectives to treat the case as a homicide probe. The father of Winston’s child, Michale Edwards, along with his wife, Brienna Phillips-Edwards, are under scrutiny as persons of interest.
